Return rules

In the event that you wish to return one or more items from your order, we offer a 14-day right of withdrawal effective from the day you receive your items. If your parcel has been sent to a parcel shop, the 14 days apply from the day your parcel is ready for collection.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to web@nuecph.com. Once you have notified us of this, you have 14 days to send the package back to us together with the invoice and a completed return form.

Returns must be made by either sending the goods back to us by post or by handing them over to our store Another nué in Krystalgade. You must pay to send the package back yourself, and shipping is your responsibility. We only receive packages that are sent directly to the address. We therefore do not collect parcels sent to parcel shops.

When returning, the item must appear as new, in unused condition and the tag must be intact. If the value of the item has deteriorated, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

Return via shipping
You must pay yourself to send your package back. To ensure you as much as possible, we recommend that the item be returned via Postnord, as parcel post. In this way, it is possible to track the package in Postnord's system, and this removes any doubt as to whether the item has been delivered to anothernue.com. In addition, you have the option of being able to call for the package if delivery has not taken place. Goods returned on cash on delivery or sent without postage will be refused receipt. We do not collect parcels sent to parcel shops.

If you wish to return the item in the store, please hand it in to the staff in one of our stores Another nué, Krystalgade 3, 1172 København K. Remember to enclose a completed return form and invoice. Refunds cannot be made directly in the store, and the money will be refunded automatically through the webshop to the card on which the purchase was made. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Refund
We will only refund to the credit card with which the items were purchased. This is a legal requirement to prevent illegal use of stolen credit cards.

Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item, simply return it according to the above procedure and buy the desired item again. For questions regarding exchanges, please contact us at: +45 3315 3302 or web@nuecph.com.

Exchanges can also be made in our Another nué, Krystalgade 3, 1172 København K , if they have the item in stock. The store can only exchange goods of equal or higher value. This is because we can only give money back via our webshop's payment system to the card that paid for the order.

When exchanging gifts, they are exchanged if there is an exchange mark on the item and/or an invoice is attached. For gifts purchased on anothernue.com, our 14-day right of withdrawal applies, as described above. In most cases, it is possible to extend this deadline if the gift is to be given at a later time that exceeds the 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this can only be done by personal agreement.
