Shipping in Denmark
Orders to Denmark are delivered within 1-3 business days from the day you receive your shipping confirmation by email. Anothernue.com cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by PostNord.

We offer delivery with PostNord, with or without home delivery. It is also possible to select "Pick up in store", where your order can be collected 1-2 days after purchase at the store where the item is available, as indicated on our website. There is no shipping fee (0 DKK) for in-store pickup.

Please note that during busy periods, delivery times may be longer than usual.

For all orders under 500 DKK with delivery in Denmark, a shipping fee of 40 DKK (without home delivery) or 55 DKK (with home delivery) will be applied. We offer free shipping on all orders over 500 DKK without home delivery.

All items are shipped as parcel post with PostNord, allowing you to track your package in case of any issues. The items are insured during shipment, and we recommend that you check the contents upon receipt. If the package and/or contents are damaged upon arrival, please report this to PostNord immediately or no later than 2 days after receiving the package, and then return the item to us.

Pick Up Your Order in Our Stores – ANOTHER nué, Krystalgade & nué, Gammel Kongevej
If you prefer to pick up your order in-store and save on shipping, you can collect your order at Another nué, Krystalgade 3, 1172 Copenhagen K or nué, Gammel Kongevej 111, provided that the item is in stock at the selected location. The package will be ready for pickup the same day or the following day, and you will be notified once it is ready.

In case of delays, such as when an item needs to be transferred from a external warehouse, we will contact you.

Shipping Outside of the EU
All shipments within and outside the EU are sent as insured business parcels. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and pay for any local taxes and customs duties that may apply to purchases outside of the EU. We do not mark parcels as gifts to avoid local taxes and duties for the recipient. We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

All orders within the EU are expected to be delivered within 5 business days from the day you receive your shipping confirmation.

To ensure that your package is delivered quickly and safely, we collaborate with multiple delivery companies worldwide, including GLS, FedEx, and UPS.
